Front-office support for trades and small businesses.

We’re building an AI-assisted front office for your business: websites, enquiries, bookings, reception, marketing and billing support. Websites, enquiry replies, quote follow-ups and routine admin are available to start with. The rest is set up and tested with you before it goes live. You choose the scope; the work and fee are agreed first.

Discuss your business

Work, fee and limits agreed before we start.

Made for

  • Plumbers
  • Electricians
  • Joiners
  • Roofers
  • Cleaners
  • Small businesses

You’re on the job. The messages keep coming.

Enquiries wait for a reply, quotes go quiet and the website still shows last year’s work. The Wee office takes that front-office work off your list, so customers hear back and your business looks as good online as it does in person.

Jordan, based in Portadown, meets owners to talk through what would help. Day-to-day, Mack, our AI assistant, prepares the work. You approve what matters.

Example: a quote enquiry

Illustration, not a live customer record.

  1. Customer message

    A message arrives

“Can you fit a new bathroom? I’ve already bought the suite.”

  2. First reply

    Gather the job details

The assistant says it is an AI assistant, then asks what was bought, what work is wanted and whether the layout changes.

  3. Your decision

You review the price and booking

You get a short summary. Whether to take the job, the price and any date are yours to decide.

  4. Afterwards

    Send the agreed follow-up

Once you have decided, the follow-up goes out in the wording you approved, and a quiet quote gets a nudge.

No price or date is promised without your approval.

You keep control of the job.

Your AI assistant identifies itself clearly. Urgent matters go to you. We don’t commit you to prices, dates, spending or refunds without your approval.

Before handling customer records, we’ll agree client-specific access, data use and retention, and check that the tools meet those requirements.

Prices
No quote or price goes out unless you have approved it.
Dates
Bookings and start dates are yours to confirm.
Commitments
We never promise work, spending or terms on your behalf.
Refunds
Refunds and disputes are decided by you.

How we work with you.

  1. Talk through your admin.

Jordan meets owners to hear about the business, where you work and where you want help.

  2. Agree the scope and fee.

Set the work, connected channels, permissions and approval limits before anything starts.

  3. Check the workflow.

Check example enquiries and handovers before using it with customers.

  4. Review the work.

Review completed work and agree any changes to your support.

Plain answers.

Do you answer my phone?
Not yet. We are preparing call and message reception that answers in your business’s name and says it is an AI assistant. It is not switched on for any business yet, and it only goes live after you have agreed it and tested it with us.
Do you need my customer records?
Not at the start. Before we handle any customer records we agree what access is needed, how data is used and how long it is kept, and check the tools meet that.
Will customers know they are dealing with an AI?
Yes. When the assistant replies for your business, it says that it is an AI assistant.
What if something is urgent?
Urgent matters are passed to you. We agree what counts as urgent when we set things up.
Who sets the prices and dates?
You do. We can gather the details and draft the wording, but prices, dates, spending, commitments and refunds stay with you.
What does it cost?
The work and the fee are agreed with you before we start. Nothing begins until you have agreed both.
Who will I deal with?
Jordan, based in Portadown, meets business owners and agrees the work. Mack, our AI assistant, handles day-to-day enquiries for The Wee office.

What would you like off your list?
